Does the book you cited say how quickly the bee pollen will begin to suppress alcohol cravings?
Right now I take kudzu extract to suppress the desire/obsession for booze, and the stuff works instantaneously, so I feel as if i've got the bases covered right now. But for a long-term strategy, i'm going to start using the bee pollen. (not just for sobriety, but for the other benefits, too, like prostate health)
Can you eat the bee-pollen as is, or does it have to be mixed in with anything, or ground up? Is there a preferred time of day to eat it, or can it be any time?
