Janey,

Last spring I placed a thick poultice on my jaw overnight for several weeks and I must admit it didn't seem to do as much for my cavitations as using the clay in the mouth like I have described above...

It is possible I did not allow enough time though...Raymond Dextreit tells of folks he knew of who obtained their great benefit from clay after 18 months of placement/use...

Clay seems to work very slowly, as Nature herself often seems to...
