Re: Causes of cheilitis

Hi, i have the EXACT same problem. Ive tried "everything". I dont go to the dermatologists anymore because they simply dont understand this condition. I'm trying to accept that this condition will be permanent. Currently, I'm using vitamin E or shea buter at night so that I can peel my lips in the morning so that I can get through the day using CRISCO. After 2 hrs, I rinse my mouth and reapply it.
That picture of your lips after taking a shower after the 10th day or so......is EXACTLY what happens to my lips after couple days if I dont apply anything on it.

Life sure has a SICK sense of humor dont it?
