I suggest you try Solgar VM-75

I used Solgar VM-75 as my daily multiple-vitamin for
more than 20 years. In all that time, I never got
sick. I'm inclined to think the mega-doses of vitamin
C I've been taking for 28 years were more important
to me than the multiple. But I've recommended the
VM-75 to a lot of people, and most of them are still
taking it. I trust Solgar, and I think this particular
multiple is a good one. If you ate a perfect diet,
you might not need it. You'll have to trust your
intuition.
