Re: Multivitamins: are there any good, digestible relatively inexpensive ones?

A 1000mg Vitamin C pill can give as little as 200mg or less depending on the quality and build, most will give a max of 750mg. The amounts used in multivitamins are basically useless my friend so don't waste your money. Either you supplement with pharmalogical dosages of individual supplements or you eat/juice plenty of fruit and veg a day.
