Actually, you shared these links with someone on another forum at a time I was confused by mixed messages. I appreciated your "hey, if you really want to get well, start here" approach at that time. I took you up on it.

The raw and juicy website took me on to a book called Raw Power, written by Steve Arlin, a bodybuilder who has demonstrated a tremendous increase in strength after he went all-raw. My interest, of course, is to see what would happen if an MD patient ate this way. I plan to find out! :-)

I also watched the entire video of Dr. Gerson's work with cancer. Absolutely riveting! I bought one of Charlotte Gerson's books and studied it thoroughly. What hope she brings!

It is so thrilling and at the same time humbling to think that possibly one day I might be able to say to a sick and hurting friend, "you know, I might be able to help you." Exactly the way you and others are doing for me now.
