I'm really worried...

Hi everyone, I'm really new so here goes. I'm 38 with Type 2 diabetes.I workout regularly, but not to the extent that I should.My wife is a beautiful 43 yr old swimmer with a perfect muscular body, and she's madly in love with me. I'm having serious erection problems. It seems that my ED has crippled my desire as well. Sometimes the erections will go down during the course of lovemaking, and my mind is wondering. I get so discouraged because of my lack of desire. She doesn't complain but I know she wants it deep like she knows I can give it, but haven't in a long time now. I've tried STAMINA RX, and it helps, but I need something better for desire, and blood flow. But I'm afraid of just experimenting and spending lots of money on guesses, then we get in the mix, and I can't get it up. That's so terrible. I read about cleansing, but I couldn't ever find in this forum what's the cleansing is and how it needs to be done. I don't have medical insurance because of my Diabetes. In the state of IN, it's hard to get coverage. So, I need to get meds another way. But I am controlling my Diabetes. Can someone help me? Tweet
