Re: Coconut Oil Trial Update

Ive tried the coconut oil for 3 weeks,..I would put 3 tablespoons in my cereal every morning,...after awhile I noticed I was getting rapid heartbeats,..the same feeling I get when I consume too much cholesterol.....I know it's suppose to be healthy fat but it sure felt like I was eating a gallon of ice cream everyday....my hearbeats felt normal 5 days after I stopped taking the coconut oil,took garlic pills,went jogging....
