Thank you for all the information. To answer your question about the swelling under my jawbone, no I can't say I've ever experienced that. The only other symptom that seems to be linked to the outbreaks is pretty severe pain in my right ear. The pain is there everyday as are the sores. However when one of 'em gets worse the other always gets worse too.

I think I'm gonna go get a blood test today.
