honestly, i think your dentist just simply didn't care. he didn't take your question seriously, just as a fly by night question. he was apathetic. i don't think he realized how important this was to you, because he didn't view it as an important issue. its not his health or his problem. he may be a "nice guy," but did you a big disservice. i pray that you resolve this issue quickly so you can put it behind you and move forward.
