a yeast cleanse..

I too, like you, have suffered many yeast infections. I also get many herpes outbreaks so I know my immunity is not strong. I started thinking I needed a cleanse for candida (yeast ) and found one for both called Paracleanse. I just started it and my husband and daughter (only 5 yrs old) is on the childerns formula...as she has had many stomach complaints and allergies. It may help you to look into an herbal cleanse for this...and you pass yeast back in forth in families by kissing , drinking out of same glasses, etc and with sex especially. I too get "itchy " right after sex , so I knew my husband has it as well. I will report back on how it has worked. A woman at a health food store said there is a simple "spit test" you can do to see if you have a candida (yeast) problem..that is more systemic. I read some on line sites that concurred this test. Upon first waking, you take a clear glass and fill it with water. YOu then spit into the glass and watch it about every 10-15 minutes. If the spit just floats at the top and still floats after 45 min or so...no candida. But if it starts to sink and you see stringy spit going down toward the bottom, or white particle..you have candida. Not sure how accurate this test is. myself, husband and child, all had the spit sink right away! Hope this can help you.
