I agree with your statement selenium is a chelator. I tried it when I had my mercury fillings and it certainly made me feel grungy. So I followed your advice about no chelators until fillings all out. Someone else posted that the body naturally excretes excess dental mercury for about 4 months after the fillings have been removed, and it is at that point you should start to use chelators. Have you heard this before and what is your opinion on this. I don't want to get too sick. Is there any way to measure how much mercury you are getting rid of? Constantly going to a naturopath might make me go broke. I was hoping a person could get a ph strip or something and measure it myself. Thanks.
