I haven't tried any of the above, because after using Virasoothe I no longer have the monthly OB's I was getting! If I do get the dreaded tingle, this magic cream stops it in it's tracks. I'm pretty much free of symptoms now.

I also used to get coldsores, but no matter how run down or stressed I get, I have never had another outbreak after I used Virasoothe the first time. I don't think it gets better than that
