Treatments?

Hello

Unfortunately seem to be going through a constant outbreak for the last 2 months. Its horrible. I was just wondering if anybody has used any of the following products and have they worked:

1) H-balm - im not sure if its making the situation worse?
2) BHT?
3)red marine algae
4)Valtrex(valacyclovir)
5) Acyclovir

or anything that provides a little bit of relief especially for the pain and itching?
