Try cutting back on your carbohydrates. They will affect your insulin production, and make you even hungrier one to two hours later. Limit your carbohydrates to fruit, vegs and wholemeal grains etc. When you do eat them, eat with protein so that you do not get that 'crash' later. Drink enough water, try to increase intake of healthy fats. This may be difficult, but it does really help, even if it is just a fish oil capsule to start with.
Also, try something different. Alter your routine, change the foods you eat. Have you ever noticed that when you're on holiday, it is easier to eat differently?
You can make it easier for yourself by changing the way you do things. Don't be too hard on yourself. If you binge/purge less one day, then recognise it as a big step forward that you can learn from. If you have a 'bad' day, try to learn from it, and forgive yourself. Recognise that you are in 'recovery' and make it Number 1 priority.
