Janey--I've been there!

Janie--

It is probably not your composites making you sick. My doc told me my mercury was off the charts from the tests he administered BEFORE I had all my Amalgams removed.

I was feeling FINE at that point. He had me use CHEMET, an oral chelation pill during the period when I was getting them removed--a period of 9 months or so.

Then, the whole thing hit me when I was under severe emotional stress. I've been detoxing with ALA, DMPS, EDTA IVs and oral EDTA capusules for over 2 years. I following my doc's orders to the letter. He put me on all kinds of nutritional support to detox as well.

You need a really good doc to guide you through this. They can be found. Keep asking people for help finding the right doc and understand that this process is NOT a fast fix. The mercury affects different organs. For example, I had extreme panic attacks/anxiety, heart palps, etc... The mercury attacked my thyroid, brain and addrenal glands.

Research is your friend in fighting this. I only wish I had known that it would take over 2 years to heal from this and I am still working out the last symptoms.

Also, understand that most friends and family don't get it. They really can't figure out how to help you since mercury toxicity is not mainstream party conversation. People will look at you like you need a good anti-depressant because they are not knowledgable.

HANG IN THERE!
