Re: natural body products

Try steaming your face to open the pores before using the baking
soda and Sea Salt . I've used natural...homemade products all my
life...am about to turn 58 years old...and have satin skin and
no wrinkles...I also do not use make up...never have..except
for a touch of lipstick once in a blue moon.
As far as a skin care product line....I just don't think you can
beat Aubrey Organic Skincare Products. They have a dry skin
moisturizer called Rosa Mosqueta Dry Skin Moisturizer that is
out of this world. Some people get cracked finger tips in the
winter...and you can sit at night and massage that into the ends
of your fingers...and they're totally healed by morning. A small
bottle runs around $7 at our health store. The shampoos, etc
are also priceless...and affordable.
They have a website...just type in Aubrey Organic Products and
do a search...you can order online...and there's a place where
you can find a store in your area that carries their products.
That would probably be the simpliest route to get started...so
you could get smaller bottles and try it before you spend too
much money.
There's also a homemade lotion/moisturizer you can make for
pennies that will heal cracked heals, etc overnight...
you can buy the 3 main ingredients at the dollar store....
Vaseline...$1
Baby Lotion (generic)...$1
Vitamin E Cream...$1
I mix mine in a paper plate and put it into jars to give away
or whatever...mix the cream and baby lotion...mash in the
vaseline with a fork...and mix well...it's WONDERFUL...
you can also add things like Vegetable glycerine...olive oil...
Jojoba oil...Vit. C and E oil... coconut oil...and any number of things to
bring on a faster healing...it's out of this world...and makes
a really nice addition to a gift bag...
But the Aubrey products are very affordable and well worth
the money.....good luck! kathryn
