i esp love www.mountainroseherbs.com
they grow alot of their herbs right there.
i switch between www.wildroots.com and the other based on need and price.
esp about size of bulk also...
mountainroseherbs smallest size herbs is 4 ounce/ which is great if you are going to use it 8)
but my spices for cooking etc i get for wild roots.. since 1 ounce of cinnamin goes a long way *smile*
i try to get leaf herbs over powders since they retain more potency..
hmm the scars i know i have posted here on that.. i will look to find it and edit my post to include that topic.
i have tried all sorts of things for myself to no avail.
but my scars are pretty extensive and deep and i have had them now many years.. i don't think even skin grafts would help me lol
but i do know of alot of folks that have seen regular scarring go
with certain oils etc.
i do know the pascalite clay is an incredible healing product/
i think i already gave you that link?
the shirleyswellnesscafe?
Ami Joi Benton
here is a link might help.
i think i suggested to you ? already the french green clay?
after rethinking about your situation, i would probably better suggest the fullers earth since it will lighten also the blemish areas.
remember that your skin is releasing toxins so it is natural that you would potentially see more outbreaks..
i would continue to suggest what i did on my first post to you ,
since you are short on time, and i would hate to see you buy stuff and then it not get used cause you don't find time to mix it ..
pure unrefined emu oil is wonderful for scarring.
i know a friend used that with success
i would also suggest you get in sun / no sunscreen, and let early moring or late afternoon sun hit your face for about 10-15 minutes a day.
it is a great antibacterial naturally.
jojoba oil and almond oil/ rosemary oil (a few drops)
with sesame seed oil and teatree oil
or make a rosemary strong tea, then add/ a small amt of jojoba oil/ and almond oil and sesame oil and a few drops tea tree oil are probably the route i would take..
shake well and apply after washing face or showering.
stop using commercial soaps on face.. they are clogging and drying.
goto a soft glycerin based one for face/ or use the dR bronners stuff.
use the fullers earth maybe once a week
exfoliate only once a week VERY gently.
if you have
Acne i know that you can aggravate it by removing oils into cells trying to make more and it sets up a cycle 8(
i would go as simple as i could and give it time to adjust.
i do not think i would use basil oil on my face
fresh basil yes / basil tea yes..
but i think i would go for rosemary on my face since it is gentler
and also use it as a rinse.
also sage would be helpful make a small paste of it with olive or sesame oil
apply to sores
/cover with bandage at night and should help greatly
go slow give your body time to adapt and time to show progress
don't over attack it 20 things at once...
choose the gentlest means possible..
best to you
