Tisha, here's my answers

> I wanted to know if you are eating food, or just drinking these drinks throughout the day? If you are eating, what do you eat?

I am on Fat Flush Plan by Ann Loiuse Gittleman (for bodyfat loss). I eat 3 meals per day (extralean meats, fish, and omega-3 eggs) and 2 snacks (fruits, raw veggies), plus generous amounts of flaxoil/flaxmeal. this plan emphasizes healthy liver and GIT for effective weight loss, that is why they recommend doing cranwater and psyllum husks and hot lemon drink. I was doing watercure for a month before I started on this diet. I've been reading this forum for several hours now and I am thinking about lemonade fast for the next few days :)

> Where do you get your Celtic Sea Salt ? I've looked on the internet and there is quite a price difference between companies.

I get mine in health food stores it's everywhere. there are good analogs (true Sea Salt s). Lima French Sea Salt is good, also sel gris from France, or Trader Joe's coarse unrefined sea salt. the salt that you need should have about 74% of sodium chloride, or about 30% of sodium (that is the % of them in real sea water solids), and the rest - over 80 other minerals. online, KingArthur's celtic is the cheapest.

> Are you also doing colonics to help remove toxins?

I am doing my first Mae West enema today. I haven't had problems with BM ever or obvious toxicity, so it is mostly for cleansing of my intestinal walls.

> Does doing this make you feel sick? I've read about feeling awful for a few days while all the toxins are being flushed out of your body. I was just wondering if you noticed anything like this?

I had headache by the evening of my first day, and pain in liver/gallbladder area (I do have confirmed stones in my gallbladder)
It was gone by the next morning. now the problem is insomnia, lol. too full of energy :) feel fabulous!

> I've been considering doing a bowel cleanse. I've been reading Dr. Jensen's book about bowel cleansing. There are a lot of things to take in order to do the cleanse. Also he warns about being in good health or it may be too much. I am overweight and feel okay but obviously I want to feel better or I wouldn't be doing this.

> I don't want to do anything harmful, so any information you or anyone else could give me would be very helpful.

I am very overwheight myself and very new to this gastrointestinal health stuff (haven't read Jensen's book yet, for example). so,

I am just following my diet by now (lost 9lbs on my first day, 1-2lbs per day since, passed 'rope' on my 2nd-3rd days),

added parasite Purging Pack by Diversified Nutrition (Canadian company, 20 herbs compound), and on top of that Dr.Clarke's combo for parasites (black walnuts extract, Wormwood , cloves, as in her book), just because I want to see if i am infested with parasites, lol. knock knock, who else is there! :D

and internal cleanse formula by Nature's Secret ( Iam not sure I need it, but it contains dozens of nice herbs for evey system in the body, so I started it today).

after I finish my parasite program, I will go ahead and start liver/gallbladder flushes, while on maintainance for parasites.

please, keep me updated on your own progress!

hugs,
Mila
