Re: sea salt mixture not working

Over the past two days, I've tried empsom salt (3 tbsp + 3 cubs of water)and a laxative tea. My eliminations are purely liquid. No solid material whatsoever. Is this normal? I'm starting to worry that the toxins being pulled out through the Lemonade Diet are going to make me feel worse if not flushed out.

Would it be really damaging to try an enema bag?
