It gives a recommended cleansing order. For you, I think it is imperitive that you get your bowels working. If you want to take the Parastroy that you ordered, I would only do so with a good Colon Cleanse to go along with it. If you kill any parasites and the dead things can't get out because you fail to have BMs, then you are going to be toxic and feel very ill. It would probably be best for you to start with the Bowel Cleanse for a few days (3-5) prior to starting the parasite cleanse to give your bowels a head start. You also need to get your bowels working before you liver flush.
