Seriously Underweight and Looking for some Serious Help!!!!

I am currently 5'5 and about 89 lbs....i have been struggling with digestive problems for a year now. Backround: went overseas to Qatar for 3 months back last September and became constipated out of the blue (couldnt go for a week) had to take a laxative...first time ever. No kidding, ever since then I have been having trouble going (mind you then I was 120lbs) and it has gotten worse by the month. My colon has literally like shut down and I dont go unless I take a laxative and with countless time rubbing my colon area/sitting on the loo. And this is WITH laxatives...without I wouldnt go at all. I have gotten 3 colonics, trying to get back the paristalsys, with no luck so far. I was going to do a Liver Flush but dont want to lost any more weight, as its becoming a serious health concern. i have been hospitalized and released after a week but my doc said if i get any lower she is going to put me into a treatment facility for an eating disorder. (Im not anorexic, I love to eat and food looks so good, I just cannot keep eating when there is already about 7 meals in me at any time!) I feel so hopeless I just dont know what to do! ANyone? SHould I do the liver cleanse or not? Should I take the Parastroy I ordered?
