The herbalist Dr. Christopher was a brilliant Being who wrote many books on health.

I HIGHLY reccommend the 'Dr. Christopher's guide to Colon Health'. It was excellent, extremely informative, helped me understand the bowel system SO much better than what I've studied before, and contains herbal remedies and treatments, along with a guide to healthy, helpful foods to contribute to radiant colon health.

He also has a Children's book that has been spoken highly of, and has been reccommended many times in the past.
