Liver Flush

Okay i am doing an Liver Flush this evening, its only 2 weeks since my last one, i usually do them every 4 weeks , but since my last one which was my 3rd flush i have not been feeling great. The right side of my colon is sore and right side under my ribs has a pain every now and then. I was advised to flush again as it sounds like some more stones have built up and are ready to come out. I have not though done the 5 day malic acid preperation of the colonic i usually have on the day of the flush and i am worried i will have a reaction to the toxins being released ? I have done an enema this morning, but it wasn't very sucessful as i could not hold in for longer than 5 minutes, i did about 4 enemas. Please could you advise me on how to get the best results and have no reactions afterwards doing the flush this way ?
