The preparation with malic acid is not in order for you not to have die-off, but for your stones to break and pass more easily. But I myself have passed enourmous stones (peach stone size) without any pain whatsoever. I have a recent theory (to verify) that extensive use of ACV a week or more before the
Liver Flush helps even better than apple juice or malic acid to release big stones. Anyway, all this is not essential for you now.
To avoid die-off symptoms I suggest you to take the most minerals you can today, this evening, tomorrow morning and at least for three days after the flush (which is the period I verified on myself with great tendency to acidity due to the toxins left around in the system).
I think the use of minerals is never stressed enough, in connection with the flush. The mustn't be synthetic minerals, they must come from food and super-food, very important
Another important tool is water: drink tons of water, with some
Sea Salt or sole inside (very important)- 1/4 tsp of salt per quart, or 1 tsp of sole. The salt must be unrefined, very important, see what percentage it has of NCl, the lower the better. You could add some Concentrace to the water, if you like (I don't have experience of it, as I can't import it, but it seems a smart product and quite cheap)
Enemas and colemas, or
colonics if you have access, the days after are also very crucial tools.
The idea is that these toxins mustn't be left around and ES alone could be not enough.
Something I do is cooking 2l of broth simmered for half an hour with plenty of vegetables, including cabbage, potato peels, nettles, dandelions. I also eat plenty of berries when the flush is finished. Then alkalizing drinks (I like the one of Lapis) in the morning and infusions of nettle and ginger. You have many possibilities. But don't forget the salt in the water.
You can also take foot detox baths.
