Nightshade vegetables, arthritis, and and a cyber-hug for HOPINSO

I have been bothered with mild Arthritis for many years and it always seemed to be much worse during hot weather. Normally I keep it in check with MSM and the condroitin/glucosamime complex. Also the pineapple a week keeps the inflammation at bay. None of my remedies seems to work during hot weather. The last few weeks my knees and elbows and knuckles started their annual hot weather hurting. Very difficult to sleep or even walk. A week or two ago I mentioned here on CZ and HOPINSO mentioned nightshade veggies could create arthritis. Made me do one of those HHHMMMMM........ type of thinking. I was eating 3-6 tomatoess a day. I realized my problems did start about the time I started eating tomatoes. I stopped eating them to see what would happen. After 3 days there was some difference but I thought may be placebo effect. After a week my right knee was pain free and the pain in the left was reduced 60%. It has been two weeks now and I am pain free. Just my normal grunts.

HOPINSO, you are a saint. If I was near Arkansas I would come over and give you a big bear hug and the best foot massage you could imagine. I do reflexology. You cannot imagine the pleasure if you have not been there.

There is no food that I love more than my own organic, home-grown tomatoes. BUT the trade off is not worth it. SIGH......SSIIIgggghhh.......sigh.........

Thank you Cure Zone and me lady...........

Corey
