I need help with tooth sensitivity pretty please! PS lasting negative effects?

I heard about the dangers of mercury in the mouth, so about two years ago I replaced my fillings with composite. I have 4 bad teeth, the middle upper molars right and left and the lower middle molars right and left, they like match! Then about 8 months ago, I had the two lowers ones crowned with porcelain. At that time my upper left needed some composite repair from a new cavity already. And he touched my upper right one too because the other dentist was an idiot and chipped my tooth while removing the Amalgam and wouldn't fix it. A new cavity that soon is not uncommon for me. It seems I constantly get cavities in the same four teeth. What’s up with that?

So I have two composites and two porcelains. I had sensitivity and sometimes mild pain for almost 5 months after the crown work. For months I used their “special” prescription medicated toothpaste called Control Rx with 1.1% Neutral Sodium Fluoride, plus Mircodent 2.0%, a patented Ultramulsion of Dimethicone, and Poloxamer 407 and it didn’t help at all. I went on a juice fast for 40-days and there was no longer any pain or sensitivity. Maybe from the healing effects of a juice fast or just not using my teeth or a combination of both. BUT NOW after about 1 ½ months, I’m starting to get my sensitivity back in all 4 fillings. IT REALLY SUCKS!!!

Can someone please give me advice on this matter PLEASE?

I’m doing the cleanses on this site and stopped all prescriptions like the medicated toothpaste and other medications, even fluoride and traditional deodorant (boy do I stink! just kidding, I use mineral salts as a deodorant and coconut oil as an anti-perspirant). Once in a while I breakdown and use Tylenol or Advil for headaches, but otherwise I’m “trying” to be all-natural. However I still don’t eat perfect but I do eat much better.

PS I do have health problems such as Sleep Apnea, chronic fatigue, allergies, etc. I didn’t know any of the do’s and don’ts about removing Amalgam when I did it two years ago. The dentist wasn’t careful or anything. Also about ten years ago, I couldn't afford a crown and got a HUGE (more than 50% of the tooth) Amalgam filling that fell out almost immediatley and I swallowed it! Can I have lasting negative effects from having amalgam repeatedly replaced over and over again in my same 4 fillings for the past 30 years, swallowing about a pea sized amount, and ultimately not having the amalgam fillings ‘carefully’ removed???
