I maybe should have told you that I am am HIGH raw vegan

70+ opf my food is raw for the lst 2 years..

I've been a vegan for over a decade

I have been "cleansing" for the past year with Master-Cleanse and fasting...
The cyst came around because I ran a marathon injured...
it also came around the first time during or around the time of my 2nd master cleanse..

I've had hair analysis and the only metal I am high in is aluminum...
From bentonite???

What "clay" should I but to put on the cyst?
