Re: Why I wont do a liver flush. Chlorella?
You are in quite a "Catch 22" situation. You are afraid to do a
Liver Flush because you feel you are too deficient; yet chances are you will not be able to fully utilize nutrients until your liver and bowels are working at top efficiency.
Liver Flushing is more likely to drain minerals than nutrients. Those can easily and quickly be replaced. The intestines, both small and large also need to be working properly to absorb nutrients and a healthy functioning liver is part of the equation. However, I do not believe in encouraging someone to flush who is unsure or frightened. They are usually asking for trouble. I just wanted to make you aware that if the diet does not work, you may have absorption problems that are causing your run down condition and other health problems.
Liver Flushing could prove helpful then.
I used to have three or four migraines a month. Sometimes I could do nothing but stay curled up in a cool dark room for days because the pain, and often the nausea was so bad. Since I began
Liver Flushing I have only had about four migraines in three and a half years. Now, one of those was really bad, but I came to find out that I was riddled with toxins because I failed to adequately flush them out the day after flushing and I had a stuck stone and
parasite problem. Once I addressed those problems the migraines went away never to return.
As far as the chlorella goes, it is an excellent supplement. Is it a broken cell wall chlorella? This is usually better, because the nutrients are easier to absorb. The human body does not digest cellulose. Good luck as you seek better health.
