Re: Why I wont do a liver flush. Chlorella?
I don't think the
Liver Flush hurt that girl-- That girl could have been full of alot of toxins. When one is full of toxins, one of the side-effects of any cleanse is a migraine headache. This is why they say you must drink alot of fluids during a cleanse.
The only problem I have with Dr.
Hulda Clark 's
Liver Flush is that she says not to drink after 2:00 am til the next day. I found that keeping hydrated with plain (non chlorinated--non flouridated) --preferrably distilled, water throughout the day after 2:00 am will actually help the flush and not conflict with getting out more stones.
After the flush is complete the next morning, by 10:00, the girl should be drinking fresh squeezed fruit juices-- then solid fruits an hour or two later.
What also helps me is putting a few grains of
Sea Salt on my tongue with the fruit juices, and have some raw bananas for potassium.
Celery juice is also great for electrolyte balance.
As for Chlorella, if you have metal fillings or metal dental work, you have a certain percentage of mercury vapor already seeped into your body. Chlorella may move this around and re-distribute it to other organs, and then BAM!--you may wake up one morning with weird symptoms! What to do when taking Chlorella is to pair it with Sodium Alginate (Algin) I order mine online (do a google search) Algin works with Chlorella by sponging and binding up all the mercury that Chlorella spills throughout the body and Algin will deposit it into your urine or bowel movement. Chlorella is good in binding heavy metals- but it does spill them. This is why I take either Algin alone, or Chlorella WITH Algin. Never Chlorella by itself.
