Re: Dehydration -- how do you get enough water?
You may have hit the nail on the head for me, thank you so much. My ADRENALS are working poorly. That is something that I have to address. I work out a TON but don't sweat, I play ice hockey and also do kickboxing, but I rarely work up a sweat when everyone else around me is sopping wet. Sometimes I go into a sauna just to prove to myself that I actually CAN sweat. (I can, by the way). hah.
The first time I was told I may be dehydrated was a little over 2 years ago when I went to the hospital. However, I have had fainting spells like that one before, the first one was when I was 18 (I am 31 now). So maybe I am chronically dehydrated, even though I am taking better care of myself now.
I will look into Himilayan
Sea Salt . I have always been interested in learning about that but I just use organic
Sea Salt at home instead of iodizeed
table salt .
I actually don't eat that much salt. Maybe that is my problem too?
What are some good ways to boost my adrenals? I did a kinesiology type test and boy my adrenals were near failure... on a scale of 1 to 50, they were a 9.
Thanks everyone who responds(ed)
Take care!
