i would reccomend two things - ozone and minerals. both work together and both will help you stay fully hydrated. like i say to people all the time i drink one or two glasses of ozonated water a day and feel fantastic. go to the "oxygen therapy forum" for more info on ozone. on that forum you may want to read in the archives messages by rog or golfegg. minerals also are key, you need those electrolytes! you may want to go to the "ask moreless forum" or visit invincible's alkalizing blog for more info on mixing up an alkalizing drink that will boost hydration and energy levels.
