Dehydration -- how do you get enough water?

Hello there,

Anyone who can help me I would appreciate it. I think I may be dehydrated. I drink plenty of water, and even space it out so I don't drink all 75+ ounces during a short period. However, I am thirsty a lot. Also, 2 years ago I passed out and was taken to the hospital. They told me I was dehydrated. I had been drinking a lot of water prior to the incident but yet they said I was still dehydrated.

I have started seeing a rolfer recently, she said my muscle fibers seemed dehydrated also, and earlier this week my naturopath told me she thinks I am dehydrated.

So, if this is the case, then are there any recommendations as to what could be the problem or solution? I drink spring water at work, and purified water at home. I am only 130 pounds so according to research I only need about 65 oz of water a day, but I do drink more. I would say between 75 and 100 oz of water a day. How can I help facilitate it being absorbed at the cellular level?

Thank you very much for your input!!

Take care
Rebecca
