master cleanse does it all????

I am new to this and have been thinking of doing this cleanse. I keep reading and it gets a little overwhelming. The bowel cleanse, liver flush, parasite cleanse... etc. What to do first... through all the reading I would think that The Master Cleanse lemonade fast does it all. Does it? It has cayenne pepper for parasites. And it does the other cleansings too, doesn't it. I'm repeating myself.. I'll go now. Help if you can? Confused.
