Yes! Sea Salt and even more than suggested, do some trials. I find that about 1 or even 2 teaspoons a day is neccesssary for me to keep digestion strong and blood pressure up (which tells me I need to work on some other health areas).
I think its very neccessary to keep a healing journal so that you can review what you have tried, what was working that you might have forgotten about etc etc. this has been key with me. Life gets so busy and you forget the little clues that will help you leaps and bounds.
