How to make a liquid into something that is injectable?

I need to make 100% pure aloe vera juice (no additives whatsoever) injectable? Can anyone tell me how to do this? Do I just need to make sure that the juice has a salt content of 0.9%? Or do I need to add something else? This is for subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection only.
