Foods to help pyrolleuria

Thanks, White Tiger!

I just found this on the web:

Food sources of vitamin B6

Good sources to obtain pyridoxine from are brewer's yeast, eggs, chicken, carrots, fish, liver, kidneys, peas, wheat germ, walnuts.

..................

Eggs, chicken, carrots, fish, peas, and walnuts are always on our menu...and I have been known to eat three pounds of fresh green peas in their pods without stopping. In fact, I've been eating a handful from the garden every day.

So, if I got that mauve test, it would be negative, right? Even though I have some of the symptoms.

..................

Do you have any idea what is causing these imbalances?

Surely we are designed to get such important elements from our food.

Interesting reading about the corn; and exercise.
