juicing brussels sprouts and string beans are good sources of natural insulin.
brussels sprouts contain an impressive 7.7g of fibre per one cup serving.

Lettuce, mustard greens, olives, asparagus, dandelion greens, cabbage, cucumbers, alfalfa, and radishes. Since all these foods are more effective when uncooked, they are often included in juicing recipes. These work to support the pancreas.

Vitamin C, which works to inhibit tissue damage; vitamin B6, is frequently found to be deficient in diabetics.
