Re: Help! Does chlorella cause skin rashes?

Chlorella is a very cleansing food that does re-distribute mercury and dump it all over your body while it tries to push it out.

If you are going to take anything with Chlorella, its best taken at the same time as 2 capsules of Sodium Alginite-- or "Algin". The one good source for this that I found online is "Nature's Sunshine" Algin-- but you can do a Google search - maybe you'll come up with more. I use the Nature's sunshine Algin.

Algin soaks up the mercury that Chlorella ends up re-spilling. Algin responges it up and pushes it out into your urine or bowel movements. Just drink plenty of liquids while taking the Chlorella/Algin.

I would never take Chlorella without Algin, because it is so sloppy in spilling mercury all over the body by itself. Some experts dont even reccomend Chlorella for this reason.

Do you have any metal fillings or bridgework in your mouth? If so, don't ever take any Chlorella until these are removed.

The Chlorella will keep pulling the mercury from the fillings and redistributing it in your body, otherwise.
