!! One warning, please?

Once I ate Salmon and had grapefruit right after it, because I heard of the digestion properties of grapefruit..

and AAAGH I had a RIPPING stomach ache.

I later found out that the combination caused my food to putrify and ferment.

.. I know you can eat fruit beforehand, perhaps waiting twenty minutes or so, .. but I don't know about eating it together like that..

Then again, my digestion isn't very strong. :/ Just wanted to let you know .. <3 <~~ heart for you.
