i ate a few bannas,some rasperries,a pineapple smootie,a granola bar,
some cookies then a big ol' T-bone steak,chili,some fried brown rice..
my god..the next day i felt like my insides where completly stuffed up!
and when i did have a BM it was really clay like and doughy!
NOT good day by any means..i usually don't eat fruits at the beggining of the meal
and i generaly do only eat meats and veggies exclusivly and only recently have i started to eat chili and carbs again with my nightly meal (warrior diet)
is there a link that has an article on food combining? or is the one above one?
i know a little about food combining but nothing really in depth..
like proteins need an acidic enviroment to digest and only protein and veggies,carbs and veggies but never sugars,fats and proteins but not fats and starches..
but then again i also read that carbs and protein are okay because it blunts the insulin response ,but if the general rule is not to ingest high glycemic carbs anyways- who knows where that rule came from..hmmmmm..
