Have you studied the works of Arnold Ehret at any length? He is somewhat infamous for his Mucusless Diet Healing System, and judging from your unfortunate symptoms this may very well come as a revelation to you.

I hate to simplify your woe in such a fashion, but a protracted fast is the answer; ala Ehret, Hay, Shelton, Bragg, etc, etc.
