Thanks for the tips. I already don't eat dairy, and I eat a fair amount of cayenne pepper flakes. I don't consume apple cider vinegar very often however (I'm not sure I've ever seen the raw kind), so I guess I could try that. But my dentist says my body is "very acidic" which makes me prone to cavities, so if I increase my consumption of vinegar could that make that worse?
I think my phlegm issues are at least partly genetic, my father hacked up alot of phlegm... :(
