hello,
I cannot find any source of raw milk, so I buy normal fresh milk. The only organic milk that is sold here is UHT pasteurized milk. What is best, or maybe the question should be, what is worse?? Please note that "normal" milk here in Italy where I live uis far better than in USA as many hormones are not allowed. Fresh milk has a better taste, but I am always doubtful. Any clue?
