Re: The Importance of Enzymes.

Hi Owen:

thankyou so much for your support. After my disappointing trip to GI specialist, I know, I have to do something about my health myself.

It was very very heart-breaking to see my 2.5 yr old itching continously in the night. Her egg allergy has been confirmed by an allergist. But we had no idea that she could be also allergic to cow's milk. We switched her to goat's milk just 3-4 days ago, and touchwood she has been sleeping through the night without any itching. My husband was kind of reluctant to beleive that she could be allergic to cow's milk, because she had severe eczema even when I was nursing her. But goat's milk seems to be doing the trick, so we are not switching back. ( Even thought it's 3 times more expensive)

I try to eat lots of vegetables, raw or slightly stir fried. I have my good and bad days these days. Some days I have a flat stomach ( no bloating). Other days, sometimes I feel full. I am not a big meat eater. I eat chicken & organice Omega3 eggs only for protein. Fruits I had discontinued, because of being on a strict - anti-Candida diet. But I am thinking of gradually introducing them in my diet.

Sometimes I feel I have lost faith in doctors. Like my GI specialist insisting so much on METAMUCIL ( when I know it can be bad ). But my husband says thats not the right attitide... Doctors are knowlegeable.

Anyways, thanks for your posts.
