why do i feel this way?

today was my first day of starting the "huggins recovery program". i took the supplements that were given based on my hair/blood test. but today i feel as though
some of my symtoms are coming back. is it because for the first time i'm excreting the mercury? my white tongue looks worse, my nervousness is a little worse and my vision has gotten worse& i'm so dehydrated.i don't know if i should continue or not.
