I have adenocarcenoma from esophogeal cancer. I was told tha there is not any effective chemo or protocols for metetastic problems which may develop after my operation etc a year ago. A friend told me about Gleevec but my oncologist says "its not for me". Well if there is nothing effective and Mayo says to look for something new..then, yes I am interested too-

Any comments?
