Re: Gold Crowns? Are they safe if I have no Amalgam fillings?

Its probably a matter of opinion. Some would say its safe without Amalgam because the electro-chemical reaction between the gold and mercury is gone. But others ( I'm in this camp too ) believe that any metal in the mouth is bad because it can wreck havoic with your merdians. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Some people just don't seem to be affected by it. While others like me, have major problems with metal. If it doesn't seem to bother you, just leave them in.

Cheers,
Mike
