There are 2 other things you could possibly look into. You'll have to get them online, sent to another location other than your house.
1. Tiny security cameras to survey them. We call them "nanny cams"
2. There are digital recording devices that are activated when someone speaks. See if you can get a few and place them throughout the house. You might be able to capture some proof of your claims.
