Totally agree with cleansing...

Though mine was simply not working ZERO - I told my Dr. I did not want to take any Thyroid meds. He said I could wait and do my thing and get re-tested.

Did Dr. Hulda Clark 's liver cleanse () went back and tests were 100% normal (!!)
surprised me.

Please note that mine was Hypothyroid, not hyper - if you do try - please post an update.

Also important: lots of water.

I personally feel my thyroid was affected by using diet Sugar (had never before and used for about one year and my thyroid stopped working - could be coincidental.)
